Enjoying your diet

Considering all of the knowledge we have today, there is no excuse to eat unhealthily. There are so many ways to eat that are both good for you and actually enjoyable that it’s just plain wrong to be miserable about your diet!

I don’t know about you guys but I find myself always a little bit hungry, even after a “proper meal”, so naturally food is on my mind a lot of the time. Even though I used to crave a lot of sugar and junk food I have done a lot of research (because I am lazy and not willing to completely give up my junk) and found some alternatives that actually satisfy those cravings. As a result I feel so much better:- any digestion issues that I had are gone, my metabolism levelled out and my hair, skin and nails look completely different.

Doing all the research yourself can seem overwhelming, especially nowadays when there’s a diet and terminology for everything (!) but ultimately you’re the only one who knows what’s best for you because you will actually feel it when you’ve found it.

I highly recommend a website that I’ve been following for a while that has done wonders for my diet and exercise routine: Blogilates. Cassie Ho the badass who runs it has successfully made both exercise and diet something fun..respect!
